Inside the palate of natural finishes flows through at the entrance with a feature wall of exterior honed concrete. Oak flooring leads up to the fresh and light living area with a bolder use of colour giving solidity to the joinery forms in both the kitchen and living room. Carrara marble tiles add elegance and simplicity to both spacious bathrooms.

Architectural Design - Condon Scott Architects

This multi levelled home is a stunning combination of form and texture creating both architectural interest and practicality. The asymmetrical design achieves shelter from the elements while allowing a unique and refined aesthetic, capturing lake and mountain views from every room. Whatever the season this home is an entertainers paradise, with cleverly considered external and internal social spaces.

Clad in cedar, aluminium and honed concrete masonry with a feature schist fireplace in the courtyard, the natural materials continue through the landscape design linking the home to its surroundings.
